Dreaming About vomiting multiple prayer bead

Dreaming About vomiting multiple prayer bead with foods (the starred with food then come out a bead after another ,white ,black ,white etc) .

And it was getting more and more difficult to get them of my mouth (cause I was using my hand to get them out)
